14-12-2017: Surprise Rewards
We are aware that some members have not received the opportunity to spin the wheel for their surprise reward. We are working on having this resolved as soon as possible and we apologise for the inconvenience.

14-12-2017: Discovery app update
The new version of the Discovery app for Android (6.1.5) has been released. This new app version includes a fix to the error "Discovery has stopped" that some members have been experiencing.

14-12-2017: Vitality Active Rewards
Due to scheduled maintenance that will take place between 06:00 and 12:00 on Wednesday, 20 December 2017, there will be a slight delay in accessing your Vitality Active Rewards. If you achieved your goal or goal streak you will only be able to redeem your rewards after 12:00. We apologise for any inconvenience.

11-12-2017: Apple Watch pre-billing notification error
Certain members received their Apple Watch billing letters where it incorrectly stated that their "Vitality is currently not active" or that they have not achieved any of the weekly goals. We are currently fixing this error and we apologise for the inconvenience.

30-11-2017: Active Rewards
We are aware that members are unable to redeem their Active Rewards reward at Kauai. We are working on the resolving this matter and apologise for the inconvenience caused.

28-11-2017: Device workouts completed abroad
Members performing workouts with a fitness device while abroad should keep in mind the time difference as points will be allocated according to local South African time and not the time zone of the country they are visiting.

06-11-2017: Weight Loss Rewards cash back
There will be a delay in the payment of Weight Loss Rewards cash backs due to a system issue. We are working on resolving the issue and we apologise for the inconvenience. Please check back here for an update on the issue.

06-10-2017: Vitality Race Event Points
We are aware that some members are being allocated 0 points for their completed Duathlon/Multi Sports events. We are working on the issue and apologise for the inconvenience caused.
