23-03-2018: Website and App performance
Some website and app pages are not working as expected and may result in members being unable to activate any Vitality benefits. We are working on the matter and apologise for the inconvenience caused.

23-03-2018 : Shoe Booster cashbacks
We are experiencing a delay with the payment of Shoe Booster cash backs due to a technical issue. We are working on the this and apologise for the inconvenience caused.

15-02-2018 : Team Vitality Activation
We are aware that some members are receiving an error message (Error 500) when trying to activate the Team Vitality benefit . Members could try updating their banking details on the Discovery website and then attempt the Team Vitality activation again. We are working on this issue and apologise for any inconvenience caused.

25-01-2018 : Active Rewards
Some members may find that points for the 18th of January to the 09 February 2018 are reflecting on the Vitality Points Monitor but are not on the Vitality Active Rewards screen. We are working on this issue and apologise for the inconvenience caused.
